Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring the project
• Managing the production of the required deliverables
• Manage various activities/projects to meet company’s goal.
• Improve/Implement processes and systems by collaborations with tech teams.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
• Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• Applying change control processes
• Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
• Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Managing project administration
• Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
• Preparing any follow-on action recommendations
• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements​ and creating functional specifications for solutions
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements​
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change

Period:

• 1 year contract convertible

Location

• Far East Square

Salary:

• Up to $6,000 + AWS

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Requirements:

• Preferably background in IT or equivalent
• Professional project management skill
• Possess great analytical skill
• Min 3 years project management experience
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent
