Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, quotations delivery notes and packing list
  • Stock / Inventory check, updating and printing stock data reports
  • Handling calls/co-ordination with production department
  • Other admin duties assigned by Executive/Manager

 

Period:

  • ​Permanent

 

Location:

  • Sin Ming Lane

 

Working hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm

 

Salary

  • Up to $2,200

 

Requirements:

  • Team work
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in English is a must to communicate with clients
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Word
  • Strong in Mathematics/good in numbers
