Contract Staff - Central Procurement Office (O&T) @ Banking Industry


- 6 months contract
- Tampines
- Mon to Fri: 9am to 6.30pm
- Up to $3,000

Responsibilities:                                                                                             

  • Conduct new and periodic Know-Your-Vendor (KYV) checks within SLA & KPI
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor listing
  • Custodian of O&T contracts
  • Assist in annual vendor performance review for IT and Non-IT vendors
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of all vendor management issues
  • Risk-related matters such as monthly vendor risk profile checks
  • Other ad-hoc matters

 

Period:

  • 6 months contract

Location:

  • Tampines

 

Working Hours:

  •  Mon to Fri: 9am to 6.30pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3,000 (depending on experience)

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree
  • Working experience in procurement, risk management, finance or accounting if any
  • Strong behavioural and eyes for details skills required
  • Intermediate level in Excel, MS Office, and Power Point
  • Able to use computer system i.e. applications
