Snr/Admin Assistant @Bugis – Up to $3,100

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain SAP records
  • Update and maintain Tenant’s contacts, Tenancy schedules and other documents
  • Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare the tenancy agreements and documents
  • Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO Billing
  • Compile ACG reports
  • Other general administrative and clerical duties
  • To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
  • To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
  • To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes
  • To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
  • To assist in ISO documentations
  • To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants

  • Bugis

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3,100 (depending on experience)

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in general office responsibilities and procedures
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Systematic, organized and meticulous
