Production Controller

Responsibilities:

• Leading and responsible for the supply chain for production projects by planning for production material, scheduling control deliveries with MME (Procurement)
• Monitor and ensure the material arrived on time for production needs
• Modify and update the material plan
• Recommending the Prioritization and modify the material plan to meet constraints and present constraints
• Monitoring the Return to Vendor processes and tract and monitor controlled items
• Control inventory and output reports with reference to production shortfalls
• Activate production orders with picklist to warehouse and monitors that the materials are delivered to the line
• Coordinate and facilitate movement of parts in and out of main production line
• Work closely with MME and production team to ensure parts availability for production activities
• Propose inter-project material availability and monitor transfers and the warehouse as required
• Production meeting with Production Manager and MME pertaining material delivery and expediting

Period:

• 6 to 12 months contract (subject to 24 months renewal)

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $2,500

Requirements:

• Industrial engineer Degree or related
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of Excel focused computing tools
• Work experience in a SAP environment
• Experience in analysing information and processes
• Management experience – significant advantage
• Able to work as a team member and good positive attitude
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules and pressure
