HR Associate (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day recruitment for all active openings.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes;
  • Job posting in internal and external job portals
  • Arrangement of interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure job offer is made via Workday within given timeline
  • Coordination of new hire onboardings
• Communicate and work closely with HR Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates.
• Manage recruitment related queries and assist to troubleshoot Workday related issues.
• Backup support to other team members during peak hiring period.
• Apply for EPs and follow ups with MOM and other required agencies.
• Ensure daily task assigned are duly completed within KPI timeline.
• Submission of monthly or ad-hoc reports on recruitment statistics.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead / HR Manager

Period:

• 2 years contract

Location:

• Pasir Panjang/Commonwealth

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $2,500 + PB

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment operations
• Diploma and above
• Good written and communication skills
• Familiarity with Workday preferred
• Able to multitask and manage high volume of request
• Keen on digitalization with good client management skills
• Able to work independently
