Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Certificate and transcript distribution
  • Preparation of return of Certificates
  • In-house Diploma/ CEL/ CMFS Certificate & Transcript distribution
  • Verification of Photo, STP and MC.
  • Frontline (People)
    • Respond to student enquiries/requests through calls, emails or walk-ins.
  • Backroom (Process)
    • Outbound calls

 

Period:

  • Immediate to 12 Aug 2023

 

Location:

  • Clementi

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 12.30pm to 4.30pm.

  • Saturday – 9am to 11am

 

Salary:

  • $10/hr

 

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of elements & functions in MS Access
  • Basic office skills, familiar with MS Office; Word & Excel
  • Fluent in English written/oral, and customer service oriented
