Premium Cards Telesales Officer

Responsibilities:

• To acquire new premium credit cards, focusing on the Visa Infinite Metal Card
• New cards will be acquired via telesales, with leads typically assigned

 Period:

• 1 year contract (renewable)

Location:

• Toa Payoh

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9am to 6.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $3000 + Commission + Performance Bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum O’ Level
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
• Basic understanding of bank regulations & compliance requirements
• Self-driven to deliver and also exceed sales targets
• Highly persuasive and patient to manage customers’ queries
• Ability to work independently, to ensure quality and timeliness standards are met
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to speak clearly, positively, professionally and enthusiastically to promote the products
