Job Responsibilities:
- HR co-ordination duties such as arranging interview appointments with candidates for Supervisors/Managers
- Post job advertisements on various sites such as JobStreet, JobsCentral, Telegram and Linkedin
- Save and assign resumes into the Applicant-Tracking-System (ATS), calling the candidates to enquire for any missing information, if required
- Conduct reference check
- Ensure internal documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Draft contracts & addendums & etc
- Liaise with Polytechnics to process internship applications
- Assist with processing work pass applications
- Any other HR duties as assigned by Manager and Supervisors
Period:
- Temp to Perm
Working Hours:
- 5 Days Work Week
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
- One hour Flexi lunch

Salary Package:
- Salary depends on experience
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'O' / 'A' Level, preferably certificate in HR field or Diploma in any business-related studies
- No prior experience required
- Admin, customer experience or telesales experience will be an added advantage
- Preferably with CEI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and be a team player
- Independent and self-motivated with good working attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
