Resort Operations Executive
- 2 Years Contract (renewable based on performance)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the repair and maintenance, horticulture works, housekeeping service, laundry service, security service and pest control contractors.
- Monitor and manage the day to day operation of the resort to ensure that the bungalows and chalets are ready for check-in by 3.00pm daily.
- Provide direction and leadership to staff in the efficient operations of the resort in accordance to the quality standards as well as administer and ensure enforcement of all rules and regulation within the resort.
- Co-ordinate and manage the execution of Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule at the Resort.
- Plan and propose the schedule the closure of bungalows and chalets for spring cleaning and repair works.
- Assist is developing emergency action plans, and co-ordinate with other departments within the resort to implement the plans.
- Update the Facility Management system daily.
- Renewal of Insurance Coverage for the Resorts annually.
- Plan and co-ordinate monthly building inspection.
- Manage customers’ feedback and complaints. Manage and resolve problems and provide open communications with the guests at the resort.
- Manage the purchases of stores and replenishment of LPG is according the procurement guidelines.
- Handle and manage after office breakdown.
- Prepare annual expenditures in accordance to annual budget allocated.
- Manage the housekeeping and operation time is accordance to agreement.
- Assist the Resort Manager to plan and propose upgrading works including preparing of tender specifications and tender process.
- Ensure all payments to contractors and suppliers are process and paid promptly.

Salary:
- Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- At least 3 years working experience in the relevant areas
- Knowledge of government contract management and knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
- Demonstrate leadership ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be proactive and be critical/forward thinking and result orientated
- Computer literate with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint/Access software skills.
- Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner.
- High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity
- Ability in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges
