Associate Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support ICT equipment on board of Boat and Server Systems in data center

Preventive Maintenance:

• To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance to the standard maintenance checklist.
• Provide logistical support ensuring acceptable quantity of spare units.
• To ensure all system documentation up-to-date.

Corrective maintenance:

• To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance to SLA.
• Attend to fault cases referred by helpdesk.
• Provide update of system status to relevant parties.
• Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers' operational requirements.

Ad-hoc works:

• Installation / Removal of equipments from boats.
• Implementation of additional hardware / software testing.
• Software patches update.

Period:

• 1 Year Contract (Renewable & Convertible)

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio
• Has to go to site everyday and on standby

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30AM – 6PM (have to be on standby if required)

Salary:

• Up to $2800 + $200 Standby Allowance

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Infocomm Technology or equivalent
• Familiar with Window 10 and boats sensor system, eg Radar, AIS, Video Camera
• Familiar with Government Data Centre environment
• Willing to perform shift works /or standby after office hour
• Basic Computer and Network troubleshooting skills.
