Planner, Production Planning

Responsibilities:

• Materials master creation and maintenance in SAP system
• Creation and change of Production orders
• Shortage list for customer orders
• Regular video conferencing and communication with HQ counterparts
• Customer order materials fulfilment (machines, options & spares)
• Customer orders conversion and changes adaptation
• Stock Movement Form for stock materials transactions
• Inventory control and monitoring
• Engineering change implementation of materials for production
• Demand Planning Requirements review

Period:

• 6 months contract

Location:   

• Yishun

Salary:

• Up to $3.5k + Completion Bonus + Variable Bonus + Medical benefits

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business Studies / Administration, Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in planning or purchasing functions in a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Modules and transactions
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel User
• Able to adapt to the change in ramp up/down volume
• Able to work and communicate with global colleagues and suppliers
