Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and perform the transactional business demand required by the stakeholder area. They will work with the stakeholders to ensure compliance to process and to be proactive in identifying priorities in their tasks and operational improvements. They will act as a key interface between suppliers and the rest of the Purchasing team and ensure all Service levels are met. Role includes undertaking SAP and or alternative buy processes as agreed within the team within a defined scope of work. They will help retrieve, manipulate and present performance, and similar data in support of the Operational Procurement team for both aftersales and corporate services.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform transactional process to complete the procurement requirement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance to Purchase to Pay Process. Act as the main interface from Purchasing to the stakeholders for day to day issues.
  • Key player in undertaking and development of alternative buy process. Work closely with Supplier and Finance department on payment issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate functional processes and procedures are established aligning, where practicable, industry best practice/standards and company policies.
  • Responsible for ensuring their own compliance to the company code of ethics. Work closely with supervisor to achieve team performance.
  • To support corporate initatives and reportings under Operational Procurement

Salary

  • Up to $7500

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, Bill of Materials and other verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong team player, driven and results orientated
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in sourcing of Products and Services in Automotive industries
  • Strong in SAP purchasing transactions process, MS Excel and Data analytics.
  • Understanding in contract management and analytical skills for trouble shooting, Good stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Results orientated with attention on following up with details.
  • Good knowledge on purchasing compliance requirement.
  • Able to work under short timeline pressure
