Assistant Executive (General Ledger)


1 Year Contract (Convertible)
Near Stadium MRT
Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 6 pm
Up to $2800 + VB

​Responsibilities:​

  • Managing general ledger accounting.
  • Must have experience in doing full-set of accounts.
  • Review and pass manual journal vouchers.
  • Manage bank reconciliation
  • Prepare property tax, withholding tax and goods & services tax preparation and submission
  • Prepare monthly audit schedules.
  • Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.

 

Period:

  • 1 Year Contract (Convertible based on performance)

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2800 + Variable Bonus

 

Location:

  • Near Stadium MRT

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 6 pm

 

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA, Accounting Certificates or other relevant professional qualifications
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS.
  • Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Oracle accounting system and WORKDAY accounting system will be an added advantage.
