Perm Engineer (Facilities & Setup)

Job Descriptions:

• Review and finalize layout drawings for projects site;
• Ensure, administer and comply with safety & health procedures at project site at all times;
• Schedule work-progress from commencement to final commissioning;
• Co-ordinate work schedule with sub-contractors to ensure that projects are executed effectively within the schedule timelines;
• Ensure that all plant facilities are properly set up, according to the checklist before handing the site over to the Operations team;
• Carry out test-run at plant site & batching before handing the plant over to the Operations team;
• Regularly update progress status and matters of concerns to the project manager;
• Ensure and maintain a detailed record of all fixed assets in the plant.

Location:

• Kaki Bukit/ Site Plant

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am-6pm
• Work on Saturdays, only if required, OT is paid accordingly

Salary:

• Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus (depending on both company & individual performance)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the construction field;
• Able to work independently with positive attitude under tight schedules;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of local safety regulations;
• Class 3 driving license.
