System Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Key member of Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Systems and related Network solutions technical team
• Understand contractual and project requirements and specifications, propose and generate SATCOM system architecture and designs
• Perform detailed technical analysis and verifications to ensure design meeting requirements
• Responsible for SATCOM system and network configurations, acceptance, interface, performance testing and commissioning of the system
• Ensure smooth system operation and transition to user
• Perform on-site acceptance tests with customer/end-user
• Generate design, configurations, test and related project documentations and reports
• Prepare and conduct system technical training to end-users
• Pre and post-sales technical support

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering or equivalent with major in Telecommunications, Satellite Communications, Digital Communications and Networking
• 2 years experiences in design, integrate, install & commission of VSAT and ESA system preferred
• Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experiences will be considered
• Knowledge and experience in telecommunication systems and networks, Satellite Communications and TCP/IP networking, satellite modems/routers, are added advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Able to travel on short notice occasionally
