Senior Software Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Software Design, Development and Continuous Improvement
• Participate in code reviews and improve software quality
• Troubleshoot and provide resolutions for technical issues from customer
• Adopt Agile software development methodology in the course of work
• Other duties as assigned

Period:

• 1 Year Contract

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Degree of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Strong working experience with C++, object oriented design and development
• Has working experience in developing multi-threaded/multi-process applications, Shell/Python scripts on Linux platform
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development with GoogleTest/GoogleMock
• Knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP and sockets programing
• Knowledge of Visual Studio and Visual C++ programming on Windows is a plus
• Knowledge of IP based Satellite communication protocols and data path is a plus
• Strong problem solving skills
• Have interpersonal skills and be self-motivated
• Possess the ability to proactively drive technical solutions in a collaborative environment
• Must be able to communicate (verbal/written) effectively
• Able to work with remote teams in different time zone
