Production Assistant, PCBA

Responsibilities:

• Line operation: Upgrading and disassembling of the changover tables for line changeover. To avoid machine downtimes and bottlenecks by providing enough material supply, attachment of connectors, prompt inspection and perfoming the correct line and printer settings
• Optimization of line setups in collaboration with other SMT employees.
• Creating line set-ups using Order Manager and MSA
• To provide material according to the production list and set priorities in accordance with the FIFO principle, observing the standard procedure for Moisture Sensitive Devices and adhering to ESD principles.
• Visual inspection of manufactured assemblies and, if necessary, correction of possible machine assembly errors (rework according to work instructions)
• Immediate classification of the assemblies. In the case of quality problems, stop the line immediately and inform shift leader and quality department
• Cutting and packaging, as according to the process, from the manufactured assemblies
• Visual inspection / final inspection of manufactured assemblies, as according to the process and work instructions. Report any abnormalities to the shift supervisor and quality management
• Apply custom Office software, as well as company-specific software and applications required for the field of activity
• Report and reduce increased material consumption
• Perform SAP transactions diligently
• Creation of protocol as according to the current work instruction
• Must be independant and be diligent with the immediate confirmation of your own work steps in SAP / Salt
• Carrying out daily required machine maintenance in compliance with the maintenance plans
• Completing the required documentation (work done)
• Responsible for the inventories in the production
• Compliance with safety regulations, ESD and work instructions

• Up to $1,800 + Allowances

Working hours:

• Must be able to work on night shift (9.30pm – 7am)

Requirements:

• No special vocational training required
• Must be able to work on night shift (9.30pm – 7am)
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar areas
• Proficient in English writing
• Able to undertake cross-functional roles
• Customer-oriented
