Responsibilities:
- Assist in the timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
- Assist in the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, Bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and other GL accounts each month.
- Prepare journal entries and subsidiary ledger accounts.
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit purposes.
- Monitor and implement all vendor Giro activation/payments and wire transactions.
- Collate bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Administer all bank transactions and data recording procedures.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per management guidelines.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

Salary:
- Up to $3,000
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or its equivalents.
- Min 3 years experience with knowledge in book-keeping and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS.
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Maintain customer and business confidentiality.
- Detailed oriented, organized and accurate.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with numbers and understand a broad range of common financial matters in a timely manner.
- Possess computer skills including working knowledge of common accounting software.
- Be able to work with diverse personalities.
