Job Description:

  • Source for new qualified vendors to invite for tender and onboarding of vendors in Zycus platform, including updating of existing vendor information in Zycus, where required
  • Preparation of contract document award to vendor
  • Liaising with Operations department on requirements of variations and raise variation orders for approval and send variation letter to vendors
  • Creation of Purchase Order and Change Orders in Yardi
  • Perform any other ad hoc and admin duties as assigned

 

Period:

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6 pm

 

Salary

  • up to $4000

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant working experience
  • Possess analytical skills and able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
