Job Descriptions:
- Receive professional training in building your knowledge in business banking products and services.
- Providing prompt and after sales support to our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates
- Handle inbound calls from our Corporate hotline pertaining to their business accounts enquiries. These include account transactions as well as technical support on the corporate internet banking and any digital initiatives launched
- Gain in-depth knowledge of back office processes through investigation work on complex customer issues and working with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
Period:
- 1 year contract
Location:
- Raffles Place/Tampines
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts between 8 am to 8 pm (8.5 hours per day) from Monday to Friday
Salary
- Up to $4,000
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma holder with working experience in customer service preferred, especially banking industry
- Passion in client servicing
- A strong service mindset
- Ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times
- Those with minimal or no experience who are interested in the service line of the banking industry
