CRM Executive

Job Descriptions:

• To create quality, sustainable traffic to the company (online/offline)
• To generate increased sales to the company (online/offline)
• To design and execute regular campaigns across the customer journey - from acquiring new users to transforming them into loyal customers.
• Plan, execute and analyse regular campaigns across different touchpoints (Email, Mobile App Push, Web Push, Social etc.)
• Continuously analyse, track and optimise campaign performance through A/B Testing and Data Analysis
• Conduct analysis on current customer segments with the data team and implement actions to improve CRM.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Salary:

• up to $5,000

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree holder with 2 years salesforce experience
• You must have a passion for sport, a huge sense of service and be customer oriented!
• You take energy in everything that you do, you express vitality!
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to try new things, take on big challenges and take initiatives.
• You are responsible in your work, and not afraid to take ownership of both your achievements and your mistakes!
• You are a regular sport practitioner and you love playing sports!
• You are an analytical person with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• At least 2 years of relevant CRM experience
• Experience with HTML will be considered an advantage
• Prior experience with engagement tools like CleverTap, and analytical tools like Analytics will be considered a strong advantage.
