Claims Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team
• Ensure workflows, SOPs and guidelines are executed in accordance to funding policy
• Able to contextualise problems/issues and propose solution
• Co-ordinate with internal divisions and vendors to support system development projects
• Able to manage different levels of stakeholders and clients
• Attend to appeals and enquiries on grant application and claims
• Collate and analyse statistics for management reporting
• Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements
• Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting
• Other ad-hoc projects as may be required 

Period:

• 2 Year Contract

Location:

• Commonwealth

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3,600 + Bonus

Job Requirements:

• At least a degree in any discipline, or a diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage
• A strong team player with good supervisory, people management and communications skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
