Executive

​Responsibilities:​

• ​Assist the Manager in business planning, contract and customer management and the supporting operations functions, to meet company's immediate and long-term strategic objectives, as well as with business operations to ensure fulfilment of contracts. 
• Support Operation Centres by providing them necessary policy advice from the financial and business perspectives.
• Assist in contract management such as in the fulfilment of Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform data and business analysis on projects and survey results.
• Participate in projects such process risk management, re-engineering, quality improvement, etc.
• Be part of the team to drive Business Excellence movement (i.e. ISO 9001: 2015, Bizsafe, Business Continuity Management, Service Quality Class etc) in the company

Period:

• 2 Years Contract

Salary:

• Up to $3500 + Bonus

Location:

• Depot Road

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum degree, preferably in business, finance, Marketing and Economics.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
