Responsibilities:
- Deliver Quality Assurance objectives by conducting regular call reviews and highlight any potential risk to management.
- Compilation of sales submission for daily call reviewing and submit MIS every month for supervisor’s reports.
- To adhered call criteria guidelines for sales call retrievals.
- Review 20 – 30 of sales closure calls per day for Loans and non-loans department.
- Promptly report any calls detected with potential quality issues (e.g. misrepresentation, fraudulent) to Management.
- Prepare, track and send QA related reports to management and team
- Compiling all Annual Fee cards and send for processing
- Keep track on all the status of QA cases from beginning to end process and provide update to management

- Monday to Friday (9am to 6.30pm)
- May be required to start on staggered hours
Salary:
- Up to $2000 + Bonus
Requirements:
- Meticulous and responsible team player
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Good listening skill
- Good follow-up skill
- Able to multi-task
