Temp Goods Receipt Officer cum Receptionist


- 6 Months Contract
- One North
- Mon to Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 530pm
- Up to $3000

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Goods Receipt data entry in SAP using SAP T-code MIGO and MIGO + ML81N
  • Responsibility to check and ensure that delivery order/service report  for  goods and/or service provided by the supplier is in the accordance with the Purchase Order
  • Ensure the accuracy of dates entries in SAP
  • Attach supporting documents for the GR entry recorded in the system
  • Must be able to investigate, identify, and resolve goods receipt discrepancies
  • Work closely with Requestor for any clarification required
  • Complete GR posting within the stipulated timeline
  • Manage Office pantry supplies 
  • Receive visitors in the office and escort them to the meeting room
  • Assist in conference call bookings and meeting room bookings
  • Maintaining the pantry area, meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Arrange courier services
  • Event activities help out
  • General cleaning (coffee machine, water jars and guest cups)

  • Contract (6 Months)

  • Up to $3000

 

Working Hours:

  •  Mon to Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 530pm

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level or Diploma.
  • GR experience is required
  • Meticulous
  • Good interpersonal skills
