Customer Service Sales Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • To market Safety products, fleet management products, Li-ion battery, battery regeneration services, telematics, Stellana wheels, Super elastic tires
  • To market driver familiarization training packages, and conduct training
  • To achieve monthly training KPI
  • To open and maintain customer accounts
  • To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • To recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
  • To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • To support other CSS and Coordinator as needed
  • To generate sales leads
  • To meet personal/team sales targets
  • To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • To answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • To compile reports on Sales achievement
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • 1 hr lunch break, 0.5 hr tea break
  • Saturday - 8.30 am to 12.30

 

Salary

  • Up to $3500 + AWS + VB + OT
  • Benefits include: Company phone & line, monthly productivity incentives, company van, medical/insurance benefit

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Technical Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial products/environment
  • Negotiation Power Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • English Business Letter Writing Skill
  • Experience with CRM
  • Spare Parts & Suppliers Sourcing
  • Customer Service Management Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and have to work odd hours​
