Purchaser

Responsibilities:

• Purchase of aerospace materials, services for aviation MRO activities
• Source for contractors/ vendors, analyze quotes, negotiate prices, and generate purchase orders
• Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products
• Evaluate supplier performance, competitiveness, and quality standard
• Work with internal departments to review material requirements and delivery lead time to meet the requirements of end-users
• Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and warehouse personnel on delivery and receipt of items
• Resolution of invoice discrepancies with Finance, Vendor and Warehouse personnel

Period

• 1 Year Contract

Location

• Paya Lebar

Working Hours 

• Monday - Friday (8 am - 5.30pm)

Salary

• Up to $3,000 + AWS + Bonus

Requirements

• Qualifications in Supply Chain or Procurement or Business Administration or Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in SAP
• Willing to learn
• Independent and meticulous
