Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP
• Preparation of delivery notes, packing list and manual invoices for shipment
• Arrange and assign inventory counts to store assistants
• Verify results of inventory counts and perform adjustments as required
• Filing of inbound and outbound documents

Monday – Friday, Normal Office hours

Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, Diploma in Logistics or related field of study
• Proficient in English
• Preferably 1-2 years’ of working experience in supply chain environment
• Understands fundamental logistics processes
• Knowledge in SAP
• Well versed with Microsoft Office & Excel
• Able to adapt to the change in ramp up/ramp down volume and work longer hours if required
• Pays attention to details and able to stay focused
• Able to work and communicate well with colleagues within the workplace and external parties (e.g. suppliers/forwarders etc.)
