Logistics Administrator

- Yishun
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
- Up to $2600
Job Responsibilities:
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP
Preparation of delivery notes, packing list and manual invoices for shipment
Arrange and assign inventory counts to store assistants
Verify results of inventory counts and perform adjustments as required
Filing of inbound and outbound documents

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, Normal Office hours
 
Salary: 
Up to $2,600
 
Location: 
Yishun
 
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, Diploma in Logistics or related field of study
Proficient in English   
Preferably 1-2 years’ of working experience in supply chain environment
Understands fundamental logistics processes
Knowledge in SAP
Well versed with Microsoft Office & Excel
Able to adapt to the change in ramp up/ramp down volume and work longer hours if required
Pays attention to details and able to stay focused
Able to work and communicate well with colleagues within the workplace and external parties (e.g. suppliers/forwarders etc.)
