System Acceptance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• To support the engineers on the shopfloor, e,g machine preparation for start of acceptance test, shipment, etc
• To conduct VDE (Electrical Safety test)
• To conduct define machine test with engineers
• To support Industrial Engineers with LEAN measures
• To support infrastructure setup for New Product Introduction (NPI)

Period:

• 1 Year Contract (renewable)

Location:   

• Yishun

Salary:

• Up to $1,800 + Completion Bonus + Variable Bonus + Medical benefits

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/Higher Nitec in engineering field
• Preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in a machinery production environment
• Knowledge in LEAN methodology would be a plus
• Knowledge in SMT technology, application and work processes would be a plus
• Knowledge in Total Quality Management (TQM) principles would be a plus
