Supply Chain Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Managing a list of approved suppliers and perform as functional bridge amongst suppliers as well as internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating the administrative tasks (e.g. agreements, business review meetings, etc) for the suppliers.
• Preparing and populating monthly reports based on products’ movement.
• Planning and execution of demand aggregated tenders across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Participating and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Period

•  6 month contract (renewable and convertible)

Location:

• One-North

Salary:

• Up to $2500

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree
