LearnNet Project Manager

- Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Job Descriptions:

1. Overview

  • Maintain and enhance LEARNet operations support to the SAF training community (Curriculum Transformation Exercises, content development and QC, Infra and portal services)
  • Co-ordinate, monitor and report on all LEARNet Operations (defined above) and its implementation progress for the LNMO.
  • Identify, evaluate and rectify problems arising in the Training Institutes, CCDTs, TSTs and LNMO.
  • Plan and co-ordinate LNMO resources to support the LNMO objectives.
  • Supervise and execute LEARNet initiatives and projects to meet corresponding changes in the system and ops tools.
  • Effect and implement change management for both learning processes and physical establishments as part of the LEARNet implementation. Examples include organising SAF Learning Symposium, seminars, visits (local and overseas), product and event launches; recommend LMNO establishment and reorganisation etc.

 

2. Project Management

  • Ensure the integration of LEARNet project systems and implementation schedule Ensure that LNMO project's operational products progress and status reports are produced and submitted on time to requesting agencies and forums.
  • Anticipate how project schedule impacts stakeholders and resolves conflicts and problems. Ensure all relevant LNMO agencies and customers are represented appropriately.
  • Drive Project Management Team (PMT) matters and follow-ups (including PMT meetings and discussions).

 

3. Performance Management

  • Manage the performance and effectiveness of the LNMO branches
  • Set and monitor the Operations Centers' annual work plan objectives and achievements for reporting to Hd LNMO / Ops Manager at the end of the WY.
  • Assist TI in providing feedback on performance and effectiveness of the CCDTs and TSTs for MSL/ ESL evaluation to the vendor PMs and CLS managing the CCDTs and TSTs.
  • Monitor and report on LNMO KPIs, staffing and processes
  • Conduct and submit bi-annual performance reviews of the various LNMO branch leads.
  • Supervise the LNMO staff processes, including reviewing work quality and conducting performance reviews.
  • Implements and enforces the LNMO security policy.
  • Develop the LNMO Operations SOP (Standing operating procedures) and ensures adherence at all times.

Salary:

  • Up to $4500 + Bonus

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be minimally a Degree holder in engineering or business with at least 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management
  • Matured and self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Excellent in staff management and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proactive with problem solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
  • Strong project management an organisational skills
