Account Manager

Job Description:

• Primary contact for clients
• Maintain and create positive relationships with clients
• Collaborate with others on projects
• Carry out projects efficiently and timely
• Provide feedback and recommendations for clients and management
• Analyse trends and competitions to improve services provided
• Conduct A/B split testing or other performance marketing to meet KPI
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Monitor budget to remain profitable

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm (OT whenever necessary)

Salary:

• Up to $5,000

Job Requirements:

• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Familiar with the different marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEM, Social Media
• Highly conversant about the different marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WeChat, programmatic advertising
• Have personally operated campaigns from start-to-end (not as an overseer)
• Able to multi-task
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stake-holders in all levels of the client organisation
