Contract AR Associate

Job Descriptions:

• Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivables transactions including verifying, classifying and recording data
• Perform Accounts Receivables billing and incoming receipts duties in line with the company policies
• Reconcile the accounts receivables ledger to ensure that receipts are accounted for and properly posted
• Preparation of monthly Aging Reports
• Any ad-hoc matters as assigned by management
• Any other general administrative duties

Period:

• 6 Months Contract 

Location:

• Commonwealth

Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm

Salary:

• Up to $2,800

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance / LCCI higher Accounting / CAT
• At least 2 to 3 years of Finance experience, preferably in Accounts Receivables
• Past experience in government ministries and statutory boards would be considered favourable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement
• Meticulous, detail oriented and organised
• Independent, resourceful, team player, results driven and customer-focused
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Experience in using SAP/Workday is an added advantage
