Product Business Manager (Defense Platforms Electronics)

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise product development and sales team to achieve the business goals
• Define the product strategy and roadmap including:
  • Developing core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Determining customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
  • Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
• Deliver MRDs (market requirement document) and PRDs (product requirement document) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Assess and identify partnerships, distribution and licensing opportunities
• Be an expert with respect market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Develop product GTM (Go-to-market) and sales strategies
• Deliver quarterly revenue forecast
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm

Salary

• up to $8000 + PB

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product or Product Marketing Manager
• Relevant experience in defence industry and/or military services
• Technical background, with experience in communication systems
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time to the Middle East or US
