Service Benefits Administration Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Process timely and accurate service benefits/scheme payments and claims in accordance with prevailing policies and guidelines.
• Work with a team of colleagues to perform daily operational activities to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare monthly reports for payments and claims.
• Highlight system issues to the technical team, participate in implementing new system requirements, system upgrades and UAT sessions (when necessary).
• Conduct verification checks on records of claims and assist in queries/clarifications by auditors.
• Manage customers’ queries and requests received through phone call (enquiry hotline) and emails
• Any other work areas as and when delegated, such as provision of data or information report for trend study/projects/review of SOP/processes/FAQs, etc.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6pm

Salary

• up to $2200 + Bonus

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ or Diploma level (HR or business admin preferred)
• Experience in benefits payment, customer service, claims processing and/or good telephone etiquette preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Meticulous, good analytical and passion for customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• A good command of English Proficient in Microsoft Office application software, preferably Excel.
