Responsibilities:
- Order fulfillment and customer support in warehousing & transportation
- Ensure inventory/stock/goods transactions are recorded and updated
- Responsible for warehouse administrative duties
- Provide feedback to the customer on operation issues and ensure performance measurements are met
- Provide customers systems support (e.g SAP, ERP) for cycle count and stock take activities
- Maintain good rapport with customers to understand their requirements, obtain feedback on service performance, and respond to inquiries and issues.
- Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Professional Certification/NITEC/Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in Logistics/Warehouse
- Able to converse in basic English
- Good hands-on knowledge with WMS and MS Office
- Team player, independent with good communications skills. Able to work in a fast paced environment.
