Training Admin cum Customer Service Associate

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
- Up to $2400

Responsibilities:

  • Perform registration, payment and enrolment of courses
  • Perform assessment, re-scheduling of assessment, re-assessment and results
  • Perform leaners’ support tasks
  • Manage scheduling learners to assigned courses, withdrawal and cancellation
  • Advise learners on class schedules and registration process
  • Assist learners on registration, payment and enrolment enquiries
  • Reply emails from learners with resolutions to enquiries
  • Create and close CRM (Customer Relation Management System) cases within stipulated KPI
  • Work on TMS (Training Management System) and CANVAS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Perform front desk duties on rotational basis
  • Other administrative duties as required

  • Contract (till 30 Sep 21)

Salary:

  • Up to $2400

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level holder
  • Experience in working in a learning institute, course administration, enrolment, class scheduling and reporting
  • Able to work with systems
  • Good MS Office skills especially excel
  • Independent worker with excellent verbal and written communication
