Service cum Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Singapore territory (Singapore, Batam, JB)
• Sales target of S$20,000.00 per month for equipment in our range of equipment.
• Use Salesforce and create reports as required.
• Maintain and grow key clients and integrators.
• Perform Product Demonstrations as required.

Service

• Service Target of S$20,000.00 per month
• Provide after-sales service support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Advise and train customers on basic Operation and Maintenance techniques.
• To ensure workshop safety, including proper handling of  equipment  and  working  tools. Meeting Environment Health and Safety requirements.
• Control costs commensurate with profit goals and business levels.
• Submit accurate service and operational management reports.
• Occasional regional travel required.

Salary:

• Up to $2600
• Commission incentive

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Location:

• Pasir Panjang

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITE
• Possess Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to organize and meet targets above consistently
• IT skills in Google Suite, AutoCad and CRM software is essential
• Able to work independently and timely in follow-up.
