HR Associate (Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs.
• Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisement, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the onboarding of new hires.
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters. Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and p-filing.
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations.
• Responsible for meeting KPIs.
• Address to customer issues promptly.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws. 

Period:

• 2 Years contract

Location:

• Pasir Panjang/Depot Road

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Salary:

• Up to $2,600 + Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in HR or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Past experience in government ministries and statutory boards would be considered favourable
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in using Workday or other Cloud HR solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
• High level of initiative and mind set of continuous improvement Meticulous, detail-oriented and organised.
• Independent, resourceful, team player, results-driven and customer-focused
