Operation Executive


Contract
Anson Road
Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
Up to $3,300
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create & processing Student Registrations in TMS
  • Administrative, operations and logistic support for all classroom trainings
  • Proctoring of online and paper exams
  • Liaison officer for clients, external vendors and trainers
  • Procurement of training courseware from the vendors like EXIN, Pearson Vue, Cisco etc
  • Procurement of Refreshments for training delivery
  • Processing of the invoices from the vendors
  • Any other operational & administrative support needed for the classroom delivery.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Salary:
  • Up to $3,300

Job Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma/Degree in Business administration
  • 2-3 year working experience is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, ie Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills to engage wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical, resourceful and meticulous.
  • Able to work independently and yet is a good team player.
  • Patient, able to lead and guide others.
  • IT savvy.
