Finance Associate (PA AR Function)

• Manage and compute the monthly rental, service and conservancy charges, advertising and promotion charges and other information of the Authority’s tenants
• Accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance to Instruction Manuals
• Accurate and timely issuance of Credit Notes with proper authorization, and Late Payment Interest
• Perform collection run for entities with direct debit arrangement on a timely basis
• Accurate and timely recording of other collections and matching to invoices
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily collection settlement reports from the Authority’s Operations
• Perform Bank Clearing and Reconciliation, and follow up on issues with settlement reports
• Update Journals, adjustments and other entries
• Prepare & review AR monthly/audit schedules, reports, and assist in monthly/year-end closing of accounts
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

• 1 year contract

Location:

• Tampines

• Up to $2,800

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6pm)

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance / LCCI higher Accounting / CAT
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the scope of work listed above
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot table) to manage huge transactional data
• Experience in SAP accounting software is a must
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Customer-centric and able to meet high expectations from clients
• Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative
• Able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines
