Snr / Admin Assistant (Leasing)

Job Descriptions:

  • Update and maintain Asset Management and Operations System
  • Update and maintain Tenant’s contacts, Tenancy schedules and other documents
  • Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare the tenancy agreements and documents
  • Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO Billings
  • Compile ACG Reports
  • Other general administrative and clerical duties

 

Period:

  • 2 years contract

 

Location:

  • Orchard

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

 

Salary:

  • up to $3,300/month

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in general office responsibilities and procedures
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
