E-commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand sales through marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
• Maintain accurate content (product listings, price) and update inventory in all platforms
• Actively participate in online sales campaigns and improve sales conversions
• Respond to online customer enquiries on timely basis
• Identify key insights for online sales growth
• Cooperate with team members in marketing, retail, admin and warehouse departments for smooth fulfilment process

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary:

• Up to $3000

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in business or marketing
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in managing Shopee, Lazada or Amazon marketplace platforms
• Able to work independently with initiative to explore new approaches for growing e-commerce business
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics etc is an added advantage
