IT & Facilities Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• IT Support for Classroom PCs & Staff PCs
• Provide classroom setup of PCs
• Install, configure and maintain server operating system and repair server (MS Server , VMWare)
• Deploy,configure,manage and troubleshoot the following : MS, Linux servers & VMs
• Monitor PC,server,firewall and troubleshoot issues
• Perform routine system administration dutues & security maintenance
• Provide additional support when necessary (eg. backup and storage functions)
• Perform proper documentation for all processes
• Keep track of the  assets 
• Provide Facility Troubleshooting and Maintenance
• Arrange Air-con Maintenance 
• Mananging ICDL & EC Council Exams

Period:

• 1 year Contract

Location:

• Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours:

• 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma (IT & Relevant Disciplines) 
• Min 1-2 years of working experience in implementing & maintaining IT systems
• Possess technical knowledge in VMWare, Microsoft System Administration, Linux,backup, storage functions and Cloud computing 
• Certified in MCSA, VMware preferred
• Knowledge of facility management 
• Good written and oral communiciation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with technicial and non-technical audiences (external vendors and internal stakeholders)
• Well balanced team player who is willing to help out team members as well as can coordinate between cross functional teams
