Customer Service Representative (CSR)


3 months contract (renewable depending on performance)
Mon - Friday (8am-5pm)
Tuas (transport provided at Lakeside & Jurong Point MRT)
Up to $2200

Job Responsibilities:

  • Start and maintain customer accounts by recording accounts account information
  • Maintain records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Prepare product / service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle placement of orders and delivery date adjustment
  • Feedback to Sales Team on forecase accuracy

 

 

Period:

  • 3 months contract (renewable depending on performance) 

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) 

 

Location :

  • Tuas
  • Transport provided at Lakeside & Jurong Point MRT

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2200

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • At least 2 years if experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in SAP is a must
  • Proven Customer support experience or experience as a client service 
  • 3PL experience in an advantage
