Senior System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and administrating of network, OS, Storage and backup
• Provide incident and problem management support
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and customer for resolution
• After office hour standby duty to attend to system fault call
• Performing upgrading
• Capacity planning
• Management of the system and network infrastructure
• Daily operation task, eg. backup, system maintenance
• System performance monitoring
• End user support

Contractual Period:

• 1 year contract renewable (convertible to perm)

Location:

• Changi

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri (8.30am-6pm) 
• 24/7 standy
• Might include Saturday duties

Salary:

• Up to $3500 + VB

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in IT related field 
• 1 to 3 years of relevant IT implementation and maintenance support experience.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure , Server OS, network, storage and backup knowledge.
• Knowledge with Storage, Macfee ePO, Backup recovery with symantec backup exec, vmware, and HP acrsight logger.
