Settlement Executive (Banking/Securities)

Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary:
6 months contract (convertible to perm)
Monday to Friday (8:45am – 6pm)
Changi Business Park
Up to $4k
Responsibilities:
  • Handling settlement of DSAL (HK) trades
  • Handling settlement of Institutional Clients 
  • Handling settlement if CPF,SRS ad Financing trades
  • Handling settlement of retails equities (foreign trade)
  • Liaise with front office/institution client to resolve trade / settlement discrepancies 
  • Prepare Trade Confirmations
 
Period:
  • Contract (6 months)
  • Covertible to permanent (depending on performance and headcount availability)
 
Location:
  • Changi Business Park
 
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday (8:45am – 6pm)
 
Salary:
  • Up to $4k
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in banking or any related field 
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking operation and admin
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Good team player
