Air Operation Officer
- Permanent position
- Salary up to $2300
- Airline Road
- Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
- (Required to work all Saturdays during probation period of 3 months)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure booking is handle timely upon customer request
- Make reservation with airline
- Arrange collection at customer premises
- Application of C/O or insurance if require
- Close consol and submit cargo to airline
- Billing to customer or overseas offices
- Process Profit Share
- Milestones updating
Contractual Period:
- Permanent position
- 3 months’ probation
Salary:
- $2100 to $2300
- 1 Month AWS entitled for staff (1 year and above)
- Pro-rated AWS for confirmed staff (Less than 1 year)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N” or “O” level
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding with focus on air freight operations
- Able to communicate in both Chinese and English and liaise with China counterparts
- Possess good communication and customer service skills; a detailed and organized person who is a good team player
- Pleasant personality with positive working attitude
- Interested in data entry and doing documentation
- Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel)
