Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support such as data entry, data handling, sorting and documentation
- Receive goods and perform GRN using inventory system
- Daily replenishment of stocks for branch
- Daily inter-branch transfer of goods (stocks)
- Arrange stocks on hold in system
- Liaise and/or schedule with buyers for delivery of orders
- Support in issuing delivery orders and invoices
- Keep track of backorders
- Delivery of goods when the driver is on leave
- Other ad-hoc operational administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Working Hours
- Mon to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm

Requirements:
- GCE “O” Level/ “A” Level or Diploma Certificate (in any fields)
- Good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Possess a Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, willing to learn attitude and able to commit on long term basis
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of related preferably in the retail industry
- Candidates with logistics or warehouse experience will have an advantage
- Training will be provided
